Below, you’ll find answers to common questions about how our text notifications work and how you can manage your preferences.

SMS Notifications are a brief text message to inform individuals about updates, alerts and reminders.  

To help keep you up to date on your account, CCU will use SMS messaging to contact you about call-to-action items on your account.  
All members are eligible to receive text notifications as long as a mobile phone number is provided on file and there has not been a request to unsubscribe.

STOP – Unsubscribe from receiving text messages from this number.  

UNSTOP – Reenroll in text message notifications.  

START – Reenroll in text message notifications.  

HELP – Request for assistance 

No, keywords are not case sensitive. You can type “start” or “START”
Colorado Credit Union does not charge a fee for SMS messages. However, standard message and data rates may apply. Check carrier for details.
Please be aware that Colorado Credit Union will never ask you for your online or mobile banking password nor will we ask you to release any sensitive personal information (SSN/ITIN, online banking password, etc.) via SMS.
